CHASSISThe chassis is constructed with W21 x 62 pound I-beam main frame rails. It has a heavy duty impactormount with both weld in and bolt on wear liners. The chassis also has an integrated grizzly bypass chuteto allow finer material to fall through the grizzly section of the feeder and to the discharge area of themachine. Four 36" stroke hydraulic legs with 12volt pump are used to raise and level the plant foroperation. The plant comes equipped with king pin and a heavy duty triple axle suspension with 11 x 22.5tires, air brakes, lights, and mud flaps.FEEDERThe feeder is an Inertia 60" x 20' vibrating grizzly consisting of heavy channel and plate construction. Ithas ½" weld in floor and side liners and a 4' long grizzly bar section with 5" nominal spacing. The feederuses two Invicta BL 75-150 vibrating motors along with a slight decline in angle to feed the impactor.HOPPERThe hopper is removable and is 9' wide x 20' long, 16 cubic yards non-heaping. It is constructed of 5/8"plate and has a heavy-duty bolt on chain curtain to prevent material blow back from impactor.IMPACTORThe impactor is an Inertia 5066 HSI (50" diameter x 65" wide) single rotor impact crusher withsectionalized frame construction of both welded and bolted heavy plate steel. It has replaceable frameliners of HARDOX-400 material with a wear resistant steel rotor and cast replaceable blow bars. Theimpactor has two adjustable breaker plates lined with HARDOX-400 material to control productgraduation and a spring relief system for non-crushable material. It incorporates self-aligning sphericalroller bearings and 4 bolt, split pillow blocks which are protected from dust contamination via a nonrupturablelabyrinth seal. It has four access doors for internal observation, inspection, maintenance, andrepair.POWER/DRIVEThe plant is powered by a Diesel engine that belt drives the impactor The beltdrive has a fully enclosed guard with two service doors.
