Vehicle Description Thanks for checking out the 1972 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow Long Wheelbase.
VIN LRA11930.
I have 250 high resolution photos to share.
This car is RR collector owned in Southern CA, and previously used as transport for Napa vineyard.
They had a small collection of cars for airport runs and taking guests to different vineyards.
This was the preferred vehicle for celebrities visiting the winery.
This Rolls has always been garaged, pampered, and well loved.
The current owner has several Rolls Royce's and has decided to part ways with this car.
He has over $21k in receipts during his 5-year ownership as seen in the gallery.
Maintenance and repairs were carried out by XKs Motorsport in San Luis Obispo, a highly accredited English automobile repair shop.
XKs also serviced the car for previous owner, but we do not have those records at this time.
More details about maintenence and repairs later in the description, including new transmission with 24k mile warranty installed in 2022.
The car is mostly original and in excellent shape.
The body is laser straight and the paint shows as new.
Tiny blemishes can be seen in the gallery.
All the trim is in excellent shape.
The gaps and shut lines are perfect, the door operate with ease.
The vinyl top shows as new, no cuts or tears, or even any signs of wear.
All the glass and rubber is in excellent shape.
This car has a mirror like finish and is an absolute pleasure to wipe down.
Inside the car is like a time capsule.
All the finishes are in excellent shape, as to be expected in a 36k mile car.
Everything is in proper working order.
The windows go up and down quickly.
All lights and instruments are in good working order, including recently refreshed Air Conditioning.
The windshield wipers are a bit lazy to return to home, but this car has never been driven in the rain.
The driver seat position controls can take a bit of wiggling to operate but all motors working fine, and the seat can be fully adjusted.
Original steering wheel will be included with sale.
Mechanically she has always been kept up to date.
She runs and drives like a dream.
Easy cold starts even after sitting a week.
No smoke, no stutter or hesitation.
Shift points are ultra-smooth, and the road manners are exactly what you would expect for a Long Wheelbase Rolls.
Cloud like feel in every seat.
