Vehicle Description This beautifully restored RS/Z28 is being offered for sale.
It was manufactured the 5th week of May, 1970 in Norwood, Ohio.
Trim tag indicates it was a Hugger Orange/White Stripe car with Black Standard Interior and the Z28 package from the factory.
It was repainted back to the original color with PPG base coat/clear coat.
The body is very straight, solid, good fit and finish with no noted rust or damage.
Doors and windows function as they should.
Floor and trunk pans are in great shape.
An aftermarket cowl hood replaces the factory hood.
Interior, including seats, panels, dash are original and in good condition.
Still has the correct Rally Wheels that only came on 70 RS Camaro's.
(Oval valve stem holes) The engine is a built 496 Big Block with all the right components ( see photo list) producing over 500HP.
The transmission is a close ratio Muncie 4-speed manual with a Hurst shifter coupled with a 12 bolt rearend rebuilt with 4:
10 Richmond gears.
Power disc brakes and quick ratio power steering along with new suspension parts including big block springs make for a great ride.
This is one fun, wonderful performing Camaro that is ready to be shown, driven and enjoyed.
