Removable hardtop in excellent condition.
Rag top also in excellent condition.
Rear plastic window on the rag top has some minor, normal hairline scratching.
But it's still easy to see through.
A case to store the removable hard top is also included.
The original Delco air conditioning system was replaced with a modern configuration.
The AC and heat work well, but there is a very small leak.
I have had to recharge the coolant perhaps every two years.
The American double headlights were replaced with European headlights in 1980.
Also added were amber fog lamps, which you will not see on other USA cars.
The original headlights are included if you want them.
This car passes California smog.
Original carpeting is in perfect condition and coco mats are also provided.
The standard plastic gear selector was replaced with a beautiful wooden one.
Please note:
the trunk badge shows a 560SL badge.
It's really a 450SL.
A new 450SL badge is included it you would like to replace the existing one.
The original Becker Mexico radio is also included.
It has been refurbished except the cassette tape player is not working.
The new Sony radio has Bluetooth.
The two front speakers were replaced with new high-quality speakers.
This is a great, solid car that was continuously maintained and very loved.
