Vehicle Description 1966 Ford F250 352 ci V8 Odometer shows 55,000 miles.
Four speed with Granny Gear on the floor.
This truck has been restored over the last few years, with much of the work done professionally.
There have been many new parts and additions made.
The new parts include:
Mechanical:
-new clutch -seals were all replaced -tires -aluminum wheels -brake lines -brakes -master cylinder -starter motor -fuel pump -fuel line -fuel tank -starter solenoid -coil -spark plugs -spark plug wires -rebuilt carburetor (spring 2021) -new fan -new polished aluminum radiator -new hoses -new belts -new kingpins installed -new battery (in spring 2021.
) Interior -entire cab floor was replaced professionally and heat shield and soundproofing were installed under carpet -new custom fitted carpet -new console with cupholders, change dish and a new leather boot for the shifter -bench seat was totally rebuilt, the bench frame sandblasted, repainted and a custom leather bench seat -leather headliner -new seat belts and shoulder belts were installed (at the insistence of my wife) -matching leather covered sun visors installed -new windshield and seal -new chrome rearview mirrors -new Retrosound Stereo system (including Bluetooth) with new dashboard speakers, speakers behind the seat and subwoofer under the seat -new powered antennae Exterior -new LED flashers in the front -new LED tail lights -custom built heavy duty Diamondback aluminum bed cover that opens in the front and the back with a large toolbox in front and two additional side tool boxes in the back.
The bed cover was made of heavy duty aluminum that is said to support 1400 pounds of weight loaded on top of it -all new tailgate mechanism -new chrome front bumper -new chrome rear bumper -the bed is in good shape and was painted with rubberized bed lining.
The paint job is not perfect.
I painted the truck myself as a Covid project during the summer of 2020.
Although it is not professional, I used high quality paint that was guaranteed for 15 years if outside and a lifetime if garaged.
This truck runs and drives great and tracks down the highway straight as an arrow.
The title is clear.
Asking $22,000 but there is room to negotiate.
This was my grandfather's truck.
He was a professional mechanic who maintained it well for many years.
