Vehicle Description 1966 Oldsmobile Cutlass w/442 upgrades This is an absolutely stunning 66 Oldsmobile Cutlass coupe (post) with a fresh restoration and 442 badging upgrades.
This will be a great investment for the buyer as there is far more invested in this car than the asking price.
All you need to do is get in it and drive it.
Top quality components were used everywhere in this build.
AND BOY DOES THIS CAR GET ATTENTION!! This beautiful cruiser is powered by a 455 Oldsmobile motor with Kooks ceramic coated headers with and 3 exhaust including X-pipe, aluminum radiator, Muncie 4 speed housed in an upgraded supercase with 442 shifter and custom 442 shifter knob.
All that connects to a 1971 3.

1 posi rear end capped with a W27 aluminum diff cover.
The laser straight body is painted with Silver Mist Metallic basecoat/clearcoat by RM diamond (Silver Mist was a factory 66 Olds color).
Interior was restored with the stock Oldsmobile interior color scheme complementing the silver paint.
Interior colors feature bright red Legendary vinyl seats (bench front), white headliner, and ox blood dash frame.
The instrument panel was restored by Ron Roth (best in the business).
Aftermarket gauges include period correct green line Stewart Warner tach complimented with full sweep water temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and vacuum.
Clock was converted to quartz movement and the radio internals upgraded to digital am/fm with auxiliary input.
The restored suspension includes four corner coil-over shocks with QA1 single adjustable on the front and dual adjustable coil-overs on the rear.
The Ridler wheels were customized with one-off CNC machining for the red stripe and 442 logo and then hand painted by a local pinstriper.
These are truly unique wheels that set off the build.
Rear wheels are 18x9.
5 with 295/45/18 Nitto Invo tires and the fronts are 18x8 mounted with 245/45/18 Invo's.
Brightwork was all restored/polished/rechromed using GM components (not repop).
Those of you involved with restorations can appreciate the expense this involves particularly on an Oldsmobile since many of these parts are getting very hard to find.
Inspections are encouraged.
