Vehicle Description This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396/350hp was sold new at Grant Bishop Chevrolet in Los Gatos, Ca and built on September 14th 1968.
The vehicle has been verified and by NCRS has a soft broadcast sheet all numbers match! We have history dating back to when the vehicle was purchased in Thousand Oaks, Ca and the car received a body off restoration to the highest standards it was featured on the Cover on Hot Rodding magazine in 1993 and then again a center spread in 1994 we have both magazines for your records.
The car was then purchased in Highland, ca in 1999, until 2002 when it was sold again, Gary Thompson purchased the car at a Good Guys show in Pleasanton, Ca with 90,000 miles the car was sparingly driven for a few years and many items of restoration were addressed and the car was perfect.
He sold the car in 2014 out of Gilroy, Ca.
We believe this car to have never left California and still retains CA Black Plates.
The vehicle is superior condition and runs and drives excellent.
We have shown the vehicle on numerous occasions and it wins frequently.
The vehicle is equipped with its original and numbers matching engine, trans and components a full list of date codes and parts numbers are also available for the discerning collector.
