Personal Assistant to help increase the time you're available for paid work! in Encinitas, CA

I have a very flexible schedule and LOVE to assist/help others.  My background is in office management, and both multitasking and detail orientation is my middle name. :) Resume, references, and recommendation letters are available upon our first meeting.

I'm currently available to assist with the following, anywhere up to 20 miles from Encinitas center.

* Home/office organization
* Home or small business filing and bill payment
* Dog walking/pet sitting (in your home)
* Light errands such as post office runs or dry cleaning pick-up
* Light laundry
* Meal prep (I've been cooking from scratch for 15 years)
* Appointment setting/travel arrangement
* Organize and set-up for a dinner party or other like gathering
* Oversee household needs, e.g., available while vendors are present
* Watering plants, indoor/outdoor

This list is not exclusive; please inquire as I will consider additional tasks.

My rate is $25 per hour, and I keep track of said time using Toggl Track.  My time/pay period is Sunday - Saturday. On Monday, your invoice is emailed and payment is due by that Friday. I accept cash or PayPal payments.

A bit about me...

I'm female and reside in Encinitas.  I spend my time leading yoga classes, walking my dog, doing puzzles, reading, and enjoying time w/my teenager. :) I am loyal, dependable, and most importantly, trustworthy. I've worked in environments that house and operate with both sensitive and confidential material.
