We are excited to let you know that an Inner Engineering Total program has been scheduled in Tampa, FL, November 7th- 10th, 2019.
This is a 4 day program with an Isha teacher trained by Sadhguru.

What is Inner Engineering ?
Inner Engineering is a method, a tool to engineer a deep and lasting personal transformation. It is a combination of methods and technologies derived from the ancient science of yoga. It is a comprehensive system addressing every aspect of human wellbeing – from body, mind and emotion to the fundamental life energy within us.

Who Should Attend?
The program is for anyone age 15+. You can practice these sitting comfortably on a chair or sitting on the floor. The program does not require any previous experience of yoga or physical agility. The technology of Inner Engineering is like driving a car – no matter what your background, beliefs, religion, or culture, if you learn to drive the car properly, it will take you places!
Program schedule:
The program will start at 6:30pm on Thursday November 7th and finish at 7pm on Sunday November 10th. Program timings are as follows for each day:
Thursday Nov 7th: 6:30pm - 9:45pm
Friday Nov 8th: 6:30pm - 9:45pm
Saturday Nov 9th: 8:30am - 7:00pm
Sunday Nov 10th : 7:30am - 7:00pm
