I am a personal trainer who specializes in working with those who are have injuries, seniors looking to regain their functional fitness(Trained through the Functional Aging Institute), balance as well as those looking firm and tone. 

I am a mobile trainer meaning I come to who. Your home, apartment gym or office gym. Clients find this convenient especially for individuals dealing with mental health and body image issues and find going to the gym causes to much anxiety. I am a warm and empathetic trainer that understands what you are dealing with.

I have been in the fitness industry for 17 years motivating and helping people to reach their goals. 

First initial evaluation is the first step in the process of addressing your own unique training needs. It's an informational and enlightening 60-minute window where we'll closely review your injury history and training experience. We'll see if we can identify any faulty movement patterns or flexibility limitations that might need to be addressed. I will articulate the importance of a thorough warm-up before training. I may introduce you to some corrective exercise.
