Program Overview The Nudge Mentoring Program is disrupting both the traditional mentorship model AND the classic specialist/patient relationship. Mentors develop a nuanced, individual plan, to be executed over 4 intensive weeks with their students. Mentors begin by identifying student KPIs and. SMART goals, taking into consideration student nutrition, exercise and sleep patterns as part of the baseline metrics. Mentors then work with students to establish the habit formation process and more important for students, provide proactive and reactive services, addressing their needs, questions, and challenges on an up-to-the-minute basis through email and text. Target Audience Age range: 10-18 years Nudge Mentoring helps students with: - Poor time management skills
- Poor organizational skills
- Establishing independence and college preparation skills
- Medical or medication issues affecting efficiency
- Poor negotiation or communication skills
- Depression symptoms
- ADD and ADHD symptoms
- Anxiety Disorder symptoms
- Learning Disability issues
- Other behavioral issues
