Use the time you spend on paperwork to focus on your business or spend that time with family or friends. I can keep you organized and up to date with your administrative work so you don't have to do it when you get home.

I am currently taking the exam to become a Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor.  I work remotely from home so using QB Online is preferable over the desktop version, but there are ways to connect remotely to your computer.  I can pick up work from your home or office on a consistent basis as needed and can put in some time at an office as long as it's flexible around my schedule.

Tasks I perform include but are not limited to:

• prepare and post estimates
• prepare and post invoices/sales receipts
• post income and expenses
• bill your clients
• pay your bills
• post payments
• post deposits
• utilize bank feeds to match into QB
• reconcile bank statements
• handle accounts receivable and payable
• communicate with customers
• calculate, submit and pay your monthly or quarterly sales tax
• calculate and post your payroll
• prepare P&L statement
• prepare Balance Sheet
• Run AP and AR and other reports for managing your business
• make trips to the bank for you
• track employee hours
• time sheet management
• handle insurance issues
• write and send emails
• set up revolving accounts with your vendors
• other administrative tasks

I do not:

• prepare or file tax forms
• provide accounting advice
• handle year end reviews
• handle accounts receivable for irate customers
