There are stepping stones to my French Doors. I live on the lower level which is very bright and cheerful. It's quiet in this neighborhood! As you can see from the pics the shared space is colorful and spacious. The rental room has lots of light and has a door that opens to the backyard. There is a parking area out front so no hassles. I've created a bird sanctuary in the backyard. My place is less than a 10-minute walk to Richmond Beach Saltwater Park which has spectacular views and a 188-stair workout circuit. Richmond Beach is the best-kept secret with a few restaurants and retail less than a mile away.
