My husband built this cabin style home with much thought for us, so it's cozy but efficient. This is a one of a kind charming custom hand built cabin style dwelling with beautiful wooden interior and matching furniture pieces. The immediate feeling is very cozy and welcoming. The bedrooms can be 3 or more depending on the preferred room size. Tenant is responsible for paying 75% of the trash pick up, and for the lawn and outside yard care, and for any costs of their own misuse, neglect, or their guests or 3rd party misconduct. This rental comes with many amenities including access to the Ar River bank and sand bar for camping, walking, and sight seeing, also includes exclusive access to private owned fishing pond for our tenants to enjoy. (All children under age 12 must be accompanied by adult at all times) Please only request tour after you have submitted the completed application, credit checks, and have submited a clear legibile photo id both front and back needs to be a non expired and valid state issued photo id or a clear nonexpired photo valid state drivers license for all tenants 17 and older, and for any non tenants you wish to accompany you after the interview has ended, this is a must have sent in advance to be approved for your in person interview and the time set for your personal tour of the home and the amenities we offer, its best to allow 45 mins minimum for the interview and house tour and up to an additional 2 hours or more for the entire tour.
