We are currently looking for a couple roommates that are interested in moving in as early as May! For $700.00 a month you have your own bedroom that comes furnished with a queen-sized bed. The room that is being rented for shared bathroom with one other person. The other room being rented for $950 has its own private half bath. The shower would be the only part that is shared with the bathroom. Utilities are divided/shared between the tenants. You will share amenities such as the living room, brand new washer and dryer, kitchen, and back yard. You will abide by house rules that are in the interest of all parties. Rules that will be worked out amongst all parties, in regard to shared spaces. There will be no smoking permitted indoors. No dogs or cats are allowed to live inside the home. You will be asked to sign a leasing contract; a background check will be conducted.
