The second bedroom is currently set up as a children's room, so the house would work well for a small family. It could also work for two roommates, as there is a couch that pulls out into a bed in the second room. There is an alcove off the living room for a study, and a small sunroom currently set up as a playroom. The kitchen was recently upgraded, and comes with all new modern appliances. Andersen windows and doors ensure good sound insulation. The house comes with two parking spots. There is also a patio, with a grill, dining area, lounge chairs, and a small garden.
