A classic mountain home feel updated with modern amenities. Covered deck. Fully fenced back yard. Forced air heating and cooling provided by a heat pump. Wi-fi and cable television provided. All utilities paid by owner. Located a short distance from the Deschutes River Trail and Sawyer Park. The minimum rental period is 30 days. Security deposit equal to one month rent will be collected before occupancy. Pets will be considered on a case by case base with additional deposit required ($500.00 per pet). Access to the mail box for this home is not available. Tenants will need to secure a PO Box for mail service. A non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to all tenants so that the home can be professionally cleaned at the end of your stay. This home is offered for rent by Preferred Residential.
