We do allow improve to the home you can turn in the receipts and double them and take them off the prepaid last months rent and deposit. Deposit: The damage deposit will be 1200 and the last months rent deposit is 1295 . We do allow you to turn in receipts for preapproved improvements that you can take off these amounts and we will double the receipts.
