The apartment has: -Large primary bedroom -Good sized kitchen -Huge living room -Space for a large dining room table -Backyard -walking distance to St. John's University -Close to laundromat -Close to F train and several buses You will need to pass a credit check, sign a 1 year lease and pay $1800 (First month and security ($900 of which you will get back at the end of the lease)) to move in. (Landlord's rule not ours) No pets and no couples (also landlord's rule) I am looking to share an apartment with a woman who is interested in chatting and having a glass of wine (also fine if you don't drink) with roommates and we will hopefully become friendly soon after move in! I am an actor/video editor so I will mostly be out of the apartment or in my room editing most days. I am a WOC with anxiety so I am looking for people with inclusive, warm energy. Though I did just room with two law students who, though they didn't think so, also had very warm hearts. So that energy works too. I would prefer to live with people who clean up after themselves, won't complain if someone's busy and they end up having to clean up after someone else (as long as it doesn't happen often) and don't have loud parties.
