We are looking to fill a June-June lease that will be opening June 1st. This a 4 bedroom house, 2 miles from campus on 1.8 acres with a large backyard. It is located at 207 Stillwater Ave, ORONO. We have had wonderful long-term tenants that will be leaving after the spring semester. The monthly rent is $1500 and includes: heat parking plowing lawn care washer/dryer Tenants pay own electric 1500 Security Deposit to hold the place until June. June 1st, first and last month rent will be due.

interest in the property the fraudster will ask you to wire money for a deposit, verify funds, or other
legitimate sounding reasons.
