1 bedroom (12 x 11 sq./ft) in suite private bathroom in a great home in a safe neighborhood. There are 2 fully furnished shared common areas. The cost of rent includes all utilities. I cover those for you. I am the home owner and live in the basement. The house is currently occupied by 2 working professional males in our 30's and 1 female in her 30's but will be moving out. We just had a female move out after living here a year so the room is gender agnostic. I am the home owner and keep the place very clean. No long term contracts but prefer someone wanting to stay for longer over short term but right fit is most important. Month to month works great. Street parking and some garage space for storage is available. We are 15 min from big cottonwood canyon and less than that to great restaurants and grocery stores. Bus to the resorts is less than a 10 minute walk.
