--Available for move in January 1st-- (short term ok) What's up! For rent is a furnished room with a private entrance in our Sherman Oaks house. The house has a big front yard and back yard with fruit trees, a ping pong table, open kitchen, and there's always a bunch of street parking. The house is right next to the Sherman Oaks Galleria which has a movie theater and gym as well, it's literally a 3 minute walk from our house. The whole street we live on has a bunch of cool cafes, restaurants, bars, in n out, and a ton of stuff to do for miles. We are also right off the 405 freeway which lets you get anywhere pretty quick. We are a few miles from the west side, UCLA, and all that good stuff, this really is the best place in LA. There is also a bus that goes straight to UCLA from our place and a Whole Foods right across the street. We are looking for a cool person doing your thing and bringing positive vibes! There is no security deposit (because we hate them too) and it is month to month! 4/20 friendly. We also have a party every once in a while, so you have to be cool with that. Short term stays are cool so if you just want it for a month or 2 that's all good too. 3 of us also live here (all mid 20s males), I'm learning programming and working right now, there's my brother who is a fashion designer, and the other roommate is bartender. Rent is $1200/month. Utilities are included. Shared bathroom. (sorry no pets and no couples).
