Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom (with shower) are upstairs, along with a nice open-ish dining room/kitchen/living room area. Downstairs, there are 2 bonus rooms (like for an office, extra bedroom, or playroom), laundry room, and a huge bedroom with an attached bathroom (with shower). The backyard has a great covered patio, a large shop, and has a nice lawn. The following appliances are included: Washer/dryer, refrigerator, range/oven, and swamp cooler. There's no garage, but there are 3 parking spots on a concrete pad, and 2 on a gravel pad. Do not message me asking "is this available?".
