If you got a NEVER on market (off market home) that is younger then or past 1979 that is a duplex/tri or qaud plex we are interested however being on section 8 we are restricted to just 1700 per month for a family of 3 with 1 old small dog and 2 younger dogs... (my dog is 10yrs old and idk how long he will live for so honestly one can't say much there, they are all ESA certified (they help with anxienty/other disability) We will be happy to meet in person with a guided tour but code/self tours have been utilized in the past (me and my mom did it one time with a SMOKEY smelly unit so it was a awful exp for us both) UNIT must be clean or else we will walk away and not fill out application. Paper apps only are accepted, no online ones or mailed out, hand in hand has always been our usual way of doing things. There aren't many PRIVATE people in our area of yamhill county online or the county I'm posting of so looking for the right person. will talk on the phone or my folks will with you (sometimes we get busy but we always get back to you)!
