The place is out in the country it's quiet and peaceful, good neighborhood we have a neighborhood watch. The room is connected to the kitchen, it comes with all appliances that you'll need. All electric, no gas hookups the only utility fee that you'll be required to pay is just your electricity, the rent is $200 a month and there are no other fees, or interest and no down payment. No pets.
Requirements: Absolutely no drug use! (Unless medically required) alcohol is ok, but not every day. Must have a vehicle and must have a job, no smokers, no running around scantily dressed (unless in the privacy of your own room) must be 18-35 in age, no younger no older, No felons. One last thing, the house is under 24 hour surveillance, and we cherish the 2nd amendment. So if you get a wild hair to rob us, do yourself a favor and don't.
