This is for a bind and fly piper cub. It comes with the instructions, plane, charger, and some battery's for the plane that are older and you may want to replace. This plane is best for indoor flying but can be flown outdoors if the wind is very very light. You will need to provide your own radio and bind it.

1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
