Do you have a small room that needs to function as a bedroom and an entertainment room? Zoom Room is an excellent choice. It retracts and pulls out under remote power. No more having to lift a heavy murphy bed. The only problemwith this unit is that the footbed is heavy Cherry wood and it drags on the floor. A new owner will need to come up with a solution. You can see the footboard was detacted. We are remodeling and this does not fit our plans. I am hoping for a local sale.
