Vintage Concertone Period Tenor 4 String Banjo White Perloid for sale in Spring Hill, FL
Vintage Concertone Period Tenor 4 String Banjo White Perloid W/Case NOTE: We have not done anything to this banjo. We are guitar guys, so we generally just try to move things like this along to someone with more banjo knowledge. This one will need a thorough cleaning, set up and new strings. It is complete and will make someone a cool Tenor Banjo at a great price! Comes with the case pictured and strap not picturedThis is a Vintage Concertone Tenor Banjo that I believe was made by Stromberg for another retailer. My guess its that this banjo was made somewhere between 1920-1940. This banjo is complete and appears to be in pretty good shape overall for its age. We are guitar guys, so this one is being sold as we received it and in the cosmetic condition shown, so please view all pics. The Grover Tuners operate properly, the frets are in good condition and not in need of attention. The neck is straight showing average relief. There is a small piece of neck binding that is loose and could use a little glue. This banjo is vintage so, you will see some wear, discoloring, marks, scratches and scuffs as pictured, none of which will affect playability what so ever (see pics). We did not set this up, so a cleaning, new strings and a proper setup will be in orderThe included original case is in fair condition showing quite a bit of wear and tear. The interior door is present and the latches and hinges work. Its still good enough to carry the banjo around in. Please see all pics for cosmetic detail.. You will receive the items described exactly as pictured. I will ship this item over seas, but you must contact me for a shipping quote before buying. You will be responsible for all shipping fees, customs fees, taxes, and any other fees involved with you receiving this item. I do not inflate shipping fees. I will not ship this or any other item, anywhere other than your registered PayPal address.
