MIYATA were among the best bikes coming from Japan in the 1980s. Vintage condition, will need some rehab, new bar tape, and a tune up and possibly minor upkeep or component replacement. Everything original appears to be functional upon basic testing. This bike has not been serviced. Picked up at estate auction. The frame is Lightweight double butted chro-moly steel tubing. Size is roughly 24.5" from crank to top of downtube. Top tube length: 22" Reach, seat to bars: approx. 24" Wheel base: 40" Chainstay length: 16" Bottom bracket clearance: 10" It is set up with Wolber GTX 700C rims on Shimano hubs, Shimano 105Deraileur and crankset as well as shifter components and brakes, Specialized Sonoma Sport saddle needs replacing. Tange Falcon P5000 headset. Shimano 105 groupset with 53-39 tooth chain rings. Shimano 105 rear 7 speed cassette. Shown with crappy resin pedals, if shipped they will be removed. Tires and tubes hold air, but will need to be replaced. We are located in Lutherville, MD 21093 , just north of 695 in Baltimore.
