This is from a company called M Toys who creates awesome military toys for the smaller 3.75"-4" figures. It's sold sometimes under the brand names "Click n' Play," "World Peacekeepers" and "Power Team Elite." It includes tons of cool stuff (see photos) and retails for $80-100, but I'm selling it for the $35 I paid. It has never been opened, assembled or played with. I prefer texts because I can't always answer the phone and I'm also currently getting a lot of spam calls. Thanks!

1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
