Paulino Bernabe Classical guitar (1970) for sale in Longmont, CO

1 of 1
This is simply one of the greatest classical guitars I've ever played--loud and responsive to the lightest touch, with ethereal tone--clear and sweet, with great sustain and balance. Great setup--3.5mm string height on the bass side, and 3.0 on the treble, with saddle room to lower if desired. 660mm scale with 53mm nut. Plays very easily and unlike many older guitars it is full of life and never seems to go dead--never seems to need new strings. It is in great condition for a 50+-year-old instrument--no cracks or repairs or structural issues of any kind. There are a few scuffs, dings, and nail marks on the top, but not many. Cedar top, Indian rosewood back and sides, made in 1970, not long after Bernabe had left the Ramirez shop. This was his top model at the time and has been appraised for $11,500. There is another very similar example from the same year listed on-line for $14,000. Satisfaction guaranteed--30 day return policy. Comes with hard shell case of course.
