Our company purchased this refurbished Ricoh Gen4 N220792E Printhead a year or 2 ago, but we never used it due to the cables being too short for our needs. It has been packed up in its original box ever since. I don't know much about it as I was not the one who originally purchased it, but I did my best to gather as much info as possible (below).
