Handhelds do not appear password protected, but in the case that they are, You (the Buyer) will have to contact the manufacturer, We (the Seller) are unable to do this. Handhelds have been tested & work as they should. SD Card not included. Will need to be charged before use. Body has some wear & smudging, may have stickers. 1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
