This item is used. It works as it should except for broken antenna. This does have some scuffs and scratches. Also parts of the casing has faded. This has been tested and works. We tested with a couple of different cassette types and had no problems. I DO RECOMMEND that buyer test with old or undesirable cassette types before using. Shipping process can be hard on old electrics even if well packaging-ed, internal parts can get shifted or broken. SEE PHOTOS for more detail.

1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
