Nakamichi RX-303 Stereo Cassette Deck w/Box Plays ~ Erratic for sale in Rapid City, SD
Offered here is a Nakamichi RX-303 stereo cassette deck in used condition. It will play tapes, but has erratic speed issues. It speeds up and slows down and the speed is not steady. I am uncertain of the cause, so am offering it here in as is condition...for parts or restoration. NO warranty . NO return . Sometimes the speed will be steady for an hour and it sounds totally OK, but then all of a sudden it starts fluctuating. The FF, REW, tape counter, Dolby, and the Uni-Directional Auto-Reverse (UDAR), are all working. It records well and makes good tapes, but of course there is still the speed issue when recording. Cosmetic condition is used. It does not look brand new and shows wear from use and age. There are scuffs and scratches to the case, but no large dents or deep gouges.
