Bass Woofers were just freshly rebuilt by Bill LeGall of Millersound in Landsdale PA. Tweeters and midranges are original and are working 100%. One midrange dome is pushed in but still works with no issues. Cosmetically 7/10, comes small chips in the corners here and there (see pics), but otherwise in great shape. The grills were also redone by Millersound with USA made grill cloth and look good as new! Great EQ, only problem is that it's been sitting around too long. Purchased it for a backup. However my back is out, so I stopped a long time ago. Also the perfect eq for a musicians home stereo. Lost boxes and manuals a long time ago, sure the manual can be downloaded or ordered from the company....
