This is a classic Radio Shack scanner the PRO-2003. It has a great display as can be seen. The case is a mess but it does not effect the operation. It has an unusual feature in that it scans the standard FM radio band. The specs are: 30-50 / 88-174 / 410-512 MHz (USA) Pleaseview all the pictures as they are a major part of the description.
