This chair is in overall good condition. There are some blemishes here and there. Some wear on the feet. Some very light spotting on the seat. The seat cover feels like a synthetic material. The chair itself looks to be solid wood. Measures approx. 40.5" H x 20"W x 24" D. The seat surface is approx. 20"W x 15.75" D.
