In one of the drawers I found a label by the manufacturer KINGSLEYS QUALITY FURNITURE. see the enclosed photo. I personally knew the couple who owned this set and given their ages this approximate year of 1934 would be spot on. They were the original owners. This set is complete. Highboy dresser, Standard dresser with large ornate mirror, Makeup vanity dresser with mirror and chair, Night stand or night table, Headboard and footboard. All pieces are in good structural condition. However, they could use a cosmetic touch up. They have been around for about 87 years. Considering their age, they still have great eye appeal. I'm not a furniture expert but I think this set is made of solid poplar wood and wood veneers then stained in a cherry color finish. They need some TLC from someone who is gifted in woodworking skills.
