Great for personal use or for music DJ's. You can put on it up to something like 40,000 songs (there are NO songs currently on it). Tested, working, has been reset to factory condition . Includes a data/charge cable and hard shell plastic/leather case. You provide your own charger cube or charge with laptop, etc. Minor signs of use on exterior of the ipod itself. Typical scratches on back of unit where it sits on a table, etc. Very minor scratches on edges of screen that do not affect visual performance. One ding I could find on the upper right corner near the earphone port. Also there is a blemish of the protective coating on the face of the unit (at about the 1 o'clock position near the control dial - not far from the menu button on the round dial). Battery life tested and excellent (played music over 12 hours and used about 3/4 of it's charge). However no guarantee on future battery performance as they naturally degrade over time. The case is hard plastic in design with what appears to be natural leather covered with real sewing. The case has a scuff in the lower right corner of the leather and some scuffs on the clear plastic screen cover. I set it to factory default so the previous owner's account is gone and it is clear of any passwords and ready for you to use Itunes to set it up and use it.
