Last year our in-ground pool developed plumbing and structural problems. We were losing a lot of water per day at the end of the season. As a result we did not open the pool this year. We finally decided to permanently close it. We're starting the process of selling our pool supplies and equipment. First up for sale is approximately 45 pounds of 75% Calcium Hypochlorite (Cal-Hypo) granulated chlorine pool shock. This is the strongest type available with 70% available chlorine, so you'll use less. It's a 50 pound bucket, but we used a small amount at the end of last season. The bucket now weighs 48 pounds, so we guess it contains about 45 pounds of pool shock. You can see the current level in the photos. Brand new buckets are always shipped with air space above the chlorine. $140 is by far the best price per pound for this type of shock that I currently see. The location is Venetia, PA 15367. We also have 43 LB of 3" Pool Chlorinating Tablets, 99% Active Ingredient (Trichlor) for sale. Pick both up at the same time!
