Serotta built frames for the Coors, Crest and 7-Eleven pro cycling teams and for the 1984 USA Olympics Team. 7-Eleven rode his bikes as the first US team to compete in the Tour de France. Serotta is known for his proprietary tube designs and in this case it's Serotta-Columbus "Niobium" tubing from Italy with a filet-brazed bottom bracket, head and seat cluster.
