What a classic! This 5.5 generation iPod Video was the last to offer the Wolfson audio DAC. Audiophiles rate these as having the best sound quality of all the iPods. The front cover is a green 6th generation version made of aluminum rather than the plastic cover for the 5th gen. The Hard drive has been replaced with an upgrade using a quad iFlash adapter card. This solid state upgrade gives lighter weight, more storage, longer battery life, and more speed and reliability than the original mechanical hard drive. The SD cards were tested and passed H2testW. This iPod also includes a new 3000mAh battery for maximum run time. This iPod uses a 30GB enhanced logic board which has 32MB of RAM.
