For the GS-11:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-09 grade level. Examples of specialized experience are:
Monitored grants and agreements to assess compliance with regulatory, policy, and reporting requirements; Performed standard grants and agreements administration tasks; Conducted standard grants and agreements close-out processes, including the preparing of final assessments for compliance with statutory and agency requirements for disposition of property, financial and accounting reconciliation, and resolution of any adverse audit findings and/or applied work methods when performing grants and agreements pre-award tasks. OR Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or three years progressively higher level graduate education which must be directly related to the position and demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work; such as:
contracting, financial management, business administration, or public administration; OR A combination of successfully completed post graduate level education and specialized experience as described above that together meets the qualification requirements of the position. Work
Experience:

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENT:
If you are a current federal employee in the General Schedule (GS) pay plan and applying for a promotion opportunity, you must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirements of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the position being filled. This requirement must be met by the closing date of this announcement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
