Experience:
To qualify based on your experience, your resume must clearly describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, such as:
Operating and maintaining a fingerprint system to ensure proper prints are obtained; Preparing transportation orders (i.e. travel claims, reservations, or per diem claims) for applicants; Briefing applicants on rules and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance; Maintaining and searching records to provide information to requestors; Obtaining data from applicants to verify eligibility for military enlistment; Utilizing office automation software programs to accomplish tasks. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04). Education Substitution for Specialized Experience for GS-05:
Successful completion of four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. (Note:

If you have some, but not all, of the experience and education described above, you may still qualify by combining the amount of creditable experience and education that you possess. Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks may not be promoted more than 2 grades within the preceding 52 weeks. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
