Responsibilities:
Take the lead in analyzing and trouble-shooting assigned system problems propose solutions Code, test, promote, and interact with impacted users ensuring that solution meets requirements.
Provide daily and weekly status to the development manager.
Required skills:
Microsoft.
Net architecture and programming MS web service architecture and programming including WCF and MVC.
Business to business web service interface architecture.
Web user interface programming.
Windows workstation programming and programming against device driver API's.
Visual studio 2015 VB.
Net, C#.
Net MS internet information systems (IIS) architecture and support.
Application programming against RDBMS (oracle and SQL) Preferred skills:
Web service trouble shooting and production support experience Microsoft team foundation server Microsoft office Required education:
Prefer bachelor's degree in information technology related discipline with 6 years of experience or minimum 8 years related experience.
Required certifications:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
