Global Innovators to Help Us Build Tomorrows Enterprise In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.
You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts.
You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Qualifications Basic Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required.
Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred At least 6 years of programming experience in Commercial IT/Application Development Experience with analysis, design, and trouble shooting in object oriented technologies Ability to understand Business Flow / Logic, converting High level Design and Solution into low level design Experience in writing technical documents in support of a software development project At least 2 years hands-on experience with Spring framework, Annotations and various Design patterns, jQuery, JSF/Primefaces, SQL, XML/XSLT, Bootstrap and Handlebars JS APIs, integration of various modules/ Applications, application performance Proven track record in continuous improvement of quality through code review, mentoring / training developers, Development of frame-works for faster coding, coding standards At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle, with ability to design, develop, and test software according to specific business requirements At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects, with ability to ensure proper software development practices are followed, including writing well-organized and maintainable code, code reuse, effective use of common design patterns, minimal copy and pasting, effective error handling and logging At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review, with ability to design and build systems that comply with enterprise architectural guidance Experience in logistics and supply chain domain would be a plus Experience in production support projects would be a plus.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment The job entails an extensive amount of travel.
The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
