com Document Managment Business Analyst This role is very focused on documentation and electronic file management, but not quite Technical Writer as it's more administrative.
Ideally this person would have some prior experience as a Business Analyst or enough to understand the IT domain; concepts; terminology, etc.
Unlike other BA positions, this is one is not technical it's more centered around document management skills with some writing.
Strong command of written and verbal English is a must.
The job goes through year-end Proficiency in MS Office apps:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience using software requirements tools such as Jama; Jira; Rally:
Doors, etc Experience using document management tools such as SharePoint Experience working in IT environment o Software development related work practices o SDLC/PMLC artifacts including requirements specifications Strong understanding of Windows Explorer and network file storage Good organizational skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills.
Strong English writing / documentation skills, preferably of technical nature.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (1-2 years) as a Business Analyst or related position.

Move FNWL user stories and related requirements currently stored in Jama to a repository o Copy or export Jama content to a portable format o Setup target project structure (e.
g.
Epic, feature folders) in repository o Save / paste content to new o Configure requirements documentation, as needed o Communicate changes Organize and create a PM and QA practice run book or desk top instruction Consolidated BA documentation repository (BAU) o Setup organized BA folder structure per instructions (by system or process) o Copy BA content to these folders Onboarding procedures o Compile and publish checklist of onboarding procedures This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
