Operations System Administrator/Engineer
SUMMARY An elite hedge fund is looking Engineers to join their Operations Systems team that is responsible for rebuilding and modernizing all user technologies by using the latest technologies.
They enable the business by providing support to the technology that drives it, from Desktop support, to productivity and collaboration tools, and partner with other engineers and vendors on complex infrastructure issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES They are looking for engineers who have an appreciation for solving complex problems on their existing technology as well as upgrading systems in an enterprise environment.
This involves the proactively spotting gaps in the support and brainstorming the best solutions.
These engineers will focus on automating the environment to make it better for the end user, and handling escalation issues from the teams below.
REQUIREMENTS:

years of experience in technology support Experience and understanding with Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Wireless Technologies, SAS and AWS Experience supporting applications that have direct business impact Customer service mindset Experience with automation Operating system and network fundamentals.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
