Technical Consultant
Seeking a Technical Consultant to be a key player in an exciting, customer interfacing role that couples technical and customer relationship skills to successfully implement product offerings.
The Technical Consultant will work within defined project teams to perform the technical implementation and necessary application configuration and development outlined during customer requirement meetings.
Responsibilities include:
Work with the Solutions Architect to translate the customer requirements into a working solution.
Involves application configuration and development.
Work on projects end-to-end, including involvement in requirements definition/design, product adaptation (configuration & customization), on-site system and user acceptance testing, training, deployment, post-deployment support, and transition to global support.
Assist customer with fine-tuning the application functionality and service optimization algorithms to meet customer's business objectives.
Assist customer or third-party integrator to develop interfaces to products' APIs.
Lead Professional Services pre-built service packages.
Configure the scheduling application functionally, workflow, business rules, and algorithms based on framework.
Work with a team of technical consultants in an implementation effort.
Be the main contact point for the team members and the customer.
Assist with the implementation and provide technical support to the customer during the implementation and deployment phase.
Provide on-site support to customer during the testing and go-live phases to ensure a successful deployment.
Provide technical assistance and supervision to other project team members.
Maintain customer satisfaction and reference ability at the completion of the project.
Required Skills:

in Computer Science or equivalent.

years of hands-on experience with the implementation of enterprise commercial business applications.
2
years of experience working with C#.
Experience with Oracle and MS SQL-Server.
Experience with development of Web-based business applications, using XML, HTML 5, Angular JS, Soap & REST methods.
Experience with Cloud based products, multi-tenancy, and AWS.
Strong desire to work in both design and 'hands-on' implementation mode in the delivery of solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel, as the job requires (estimated at 35% - 50%).
Proficiency in English is required, while Spanish, and Portuguese is a plus.
